“We’ve been using Pacifecon for several years now and I think it’s very user-friendly. Everything’s pretty clear and I find it easy to work with, in that I can set up searches, for example, to search certain project types and then get automated emails come through on projects that are of interest.

I also find that when I’m looking for more information on a project which I’ve only got part of the information on, that the platform can help me to fill in the gaps and can also be quite helpful to find out about projects that I didn’t otherwise know about.

The other way we use Pacifecon is with our salespeople throughout the country – they’re only a small team, but they use it fairly actively throughout New Zealand. We’ve found if there’s any stages when we need more information or can’t find something we’re looking for, we have found the support has been there.

We also get followed up each year, which is really nice – to get a check in call and to make sure everything’s going alright.”
