The lion’s share of materials that we sell are waterproofing membrane systems, however we do have quite a comprehensive pitched roofing portfolio of shingles and synthetic tiles.
Pacifecon have the database and series of publications that give us clues as to what developments are coming up. We split our time half and half between residential and commercial – we have eight territory managers throughout the country and they use Pacifecon to get a feel for what’s coming up, and it gives them something to talk to architects about. When they see a project has been listed, they can get in there and talk specifically about the project.”
