“We’ve been operating for 18+ years now in the educational furniture market, and we cover all of New Zealand. We follow leads from the Pacifecon platform right from early planning and planning stages through to construction. We then sync that with our internal CRM system and we follow the leads from there – all new leads, all head’s up of any construction, or anything that’s getting built, we get from the Pacifecon platform.
We’ve got an employer that’s designated to check Pacifecon daily for new leads or for new projects, and then she goes and enters into the CRM directly, then feeds it on to the sales reps to execute and follow through. It’s a vital part of our sales process and our sales tool.
We have been approached by other providers but we’ve always been well looked after by Nadine and through Pacifecon. It’s the platform that seems to be the easiest and the clearest to use at this point. We have signed up for 24 months at a time are happy with what we’ve got from it. There’s more data than we can deal with, in one sense, we don’t exhaust all the information and leads that are there. The other reason that we’ve stuck with Pacifecon is because it is a New Zealand company and we feel that the content is more relative to our market, being based in New Zealand.
From an Account Manager point of view, Nadine has always stayed on our case and sometimes when you’re dealing with a company, you don’t know the face or person behind it – it’s a different person every time you make contact.
