Partnering with Pacifecon

Building Tender Services Ltd. (BTSL). In 2022 we established a strategic alliance with BTSL. BTSL has been connecting main contractors with subcontractors since 1984. Their mission is to take the pain out of tendering. Main contractors benefit from a large database and quotes from reputable subcontractors, while subcontractors gain easy access to the latest tenders across New Zealand.

Mates in Construction. In 2020 we became a pro-bono partner of MATES. A charity established in 2019 to reduce the high level of suicide among New Zealand construction workers. MATES provide suicide prevention through community development programmes on sites, and by supporting workers in need through Case Management and a 24/7 helpline. The programme raises awareness and builds resilience in the construction industry by promoting help seeking and help offering behaviours, MATES are building the capacity for workers to support and look after each other. Property Council New Zealand. In 2018 we started working with the Property Council, they advocate on behalf of the property industry; it’s essential that central and local government have policies that encourage development and investment and enable our industry and New Zealand to thrive.

New Zealand Green Building Council. In 2017 we linked with the New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC), a not-for-profit, industry organisation. With a vision that New Zealanders live, work and play in healthy, efficient and productive buildings in a sustainable built environment.

GapMaps. In 2016 we partnered with GapMaps, a leading provider of network planning, mapping and demographic services. Bringing together Pacifecon project information with GapMaps Technology.

MBIE and BRANZ. Since 2013 we have worked with MBIE and BRANZ to produce the National Construction Pipeline report. This annual report provides a forward view of national construction activity for the coming six years; based on forecasting by BRANZ and Pacifecon data on known non-residential building and infrastructure intentions.

Cordell (a subsidiary of CoreLogic). In 2012 we established a strategic alliance with Cordell. Cordell are the leading provider of data to the Australian construction industry.
