New Zealand Construction Snapshot
In February 2024 Pacifecon conducted our second industry-wide survey to gain a holistic view of the construction market within New Zealand. We had a strong response rate from a diverse range of stakeholders across a variety of sectors including architects, construction companies, and product manufacturers/suppliers. The key questions we asked were:
- What are your biggest challenges right now?
- What does your forward pipeline of work/sales look like?
- How does your pipeline compare to the same time last year?
We discovered that the biggest challenges facing the industry currently are a lack of work, construction delays inflation/rising costs, and staffing/ resources. Read about other trends we’re seeing and what others in the industry have to say today.
